WE HAVE CHANGED ALL PASSWORDS TO THE ROOMS TODAY. YOU WILL GET INFO FOR NEW PANEL PASSWORDS SOON. MAKE SURE COMPLANTS GET FILED WITH ME. IF YOU RENT FROM CENTRAL FAMILY ALL ISSUES HAVE TO BE MADE HERE ON OUR SITE. NOT FROGFRIENDS

Server 03 DIED

December 31st, 2009

Dear Customers!

Our server 03 died tonight.

We move all rooms to the backup server, and all customers will experience NO DOWNTIME .. :)

We are sorry about this problem and would like to inform you about the control panel:

After New Year Holliday, everything will be back to the original server.

Server 02 experience Central Server connection issues

BOT 01/02 OUTAGE

We are experience another outage at our bot server 01/02.

Around 100 customers are affected and we are investigating this issue.

Its not acceptable that a new server exchanged this week, show problemas as oldest server.

Our tech department is performing a deep inspection and we will update you soon with more details about.

BOT & LOG Servers Outage

Dear Customers!

We are experience an unnexpected outage at our BOT servers. Since yesterday these servers are working not as expected and we are looking deep it to found the problem.

No rooms affected, just bot & logs.

Sorry for that and we will keep you updated soon.

:: UPDATE – November 25 ::

We still investigating this issue.

Our techs are monitoring and executing tests at these bot servers to findout these problems.

During this time, a short bot downtime period is expected.

:: UPDATE – December 01 ::

We are now moving all affected bots to a new server.

All bots will be online and working in the next 2 hours.

Nós continuamos a investigar este problema.

Nossos técnicos estão monitorando e efetuando testes nos servidores de bot, afim de identificar a causa dos problemas.

Durante estes testes, os bots podem ficar offline por alguns instantes.

:: UPDATE – Dezembro 01 ::

Estamos movendo os bots afetados para um novo servidor.

Todos estarão em funcionamento nas próximas 2 horas.

Server 01 get a new hardware, connection .. and much more

Caros Clientes!

O servidor 01 apresentou sinais de stress semana passada e não queria mais trabalhar de acordo.

Sendo assim, solicitamos a aposentadoria dele antecipadamente.

Um novo servidor foi instalado e agora todas as salas já estão de volta ao seu local original.

Agradecemos a compreensão de todos nesta complicada semana.

Tivemos que mudar também o IP do servidor, portanto, os antigos paineis de controle não funcionam mais.
